Friday, March 20, 2015 - Pale yellow, inviting nose, with notes of wet stone, green apple, kiwi, and lemon. Quite tart, but this softens with air. No noticeable oak. Medium minus finish. Could go well with ceviche or most citrus/vinaigrette. Only 87 pts but this wine offers excellent value.

forgot about her in the fridge, pleasant surprise: significantly better on day 3.
