Tuesday, April 14, 2015 - Drank over three days. Pale yellow color, medium bodied. Mineral nose. The flavors were hard for me to pin down; a bit all over the place .The first day it wasn't quite cool enough. Front was almost tropical fruity, finish was acidic. 2nd and third days the wine was colder, and the apple/tartness/acidity came through at the beginning. What threw me off was that there was so much bright acidity, yet fruity flavors would pop up here and there. Very interesting. Good with or without food.
