Wednesday, June 3, 2015 - Dark, dense wine with aromas of plum and green pepper that allow dusty soil and black licorice to poke through. It's quite big and dense on the palate too, very modern in style and packs some booze. Still, great acidity and depth make this supremely satisfying on many levels.
