Friday, February 19, 2021 - One hour slow ox. Pretty bouquet of black berries, garrique, roast meats and spice. The palate is open knit, fleshy and a bit unfocused but has plenty of ripe fruit and layers of interesting flavors without being overdone or showing heat. Overall this is a fun wine to drink but not one built for many more years of evolution.
