Monday, February 2, 2015 - Smells like briny ocean air, with some cool, barely ripe fruit (apple and peach, maybe?). Ample tart lemony acidity on the palate, with firm stony and saline marine minerality, and some very cool, crisp apple. A bit leaner and more mineral-centric than the 2012, if I remember correctly; in any case, delicious.
