Friday, April 22, 2016 - Served with steamed mussels (again!). Similar notes. Light yellow. A bit muted at first in nose, but with a lovely fresh mineral/lemon tone. Much the same on palate, but with just a bit of softness, and fine acid balance, clean and moderate length. Opened up a bit as it warmed, and per other notes, suggests seaside and mineral more than a focused flavor. Did not get the honey noted, but do get the gist of that in the softness. Quite enjoyable.
