Aromas of sea salt, oysters, and grapefruit. On the palate, clean, bright and cheery; light body. Strong grapefruit note that fades a bit with time and some salinity. The acid complements the flavors, really a joy to drink. Should have a long life ahead of it.

Strong citrus notes. Consistent with last bottle. Went beautifully with Little Island oysters.

Still very good!
