Friday, July 18, 2014 - Light to medium ruby. More earth than herbs on the nose. Light, lots of soil, faint red fruit. Fairly gentle style with lower acidity, pretty striking in terms of how incredibly acidic the Saumur blanc is in this vintage. OK but not more.
