Thursday, January 25, 2018 - Clear, pale brass with white rim, with equidistant mid-speed tears.
Clean, med intensity with aromas of pears, star fruits, gooseberries, green olives, saline.
Dry, med- body, med- alcohol, light tannins, med- acidity, with further tastes of light green apples, almonds, porridge, barley, and a tinge of honey. Decent finish and would pair well with oily Catalonian tapas.
