Friday, May 28, 2021 - Medium garnet. Aromas of red fruit, roses, earth with a barnyard tang, with a lovely touch of vanilla. flavors of red plum, bright acids with gentle aromatic tannins, medium body, long finish. 13% alcohol. Delicious with tofu, chile crisp, and green beans.
