So I am being told that this wine speaks of varietal. And the color expresses that -- the vintner does nothing different its just that the grapes gives this color to the wines.

Chewy, in a delightful way. Meaning, good, intense, aging well, and more elegant too.

All in stainless, frequent battonage, hey, for an orange wine this is rather delicious stuff. And the lees stay there until the wine is bottled.
