Friday, March 6, 2015 - Pink grapefruit, apple, melon and a hint of floral on the nose. Generous fruit and generous sweetness in the body, with a passing semblance of a Loire Chenin blanc. White grapefruit on a smooth finish, no tart bite at the end, but nicely balanced acidity. Very clean and fresh, start to finish. Would be a very food friendly wine, it went very well with salmon prepared with simple dill and garlic.
