This Sancerre has some complexity while also being easy to drink. The nose is fresh with notes of citrus, mineral and freshwater petrichor. On the palate there is myer lemon and that crunchy limestone thing, it's just plain delicious in a soft citrusy kind of way. The acidity is definitely the engine here and provides good length. If one were to really push it there's also elderberry and unripened raspberries present. This wine is vinified in stainless and is an fine example of Sancerre.

Aromatic and fresh nose with plenty of elderberry and gooseberry. Light and fresh on the palate with lemon and green fruit. However, these nuances of fruit disappear rather quick, and what's left is a refreshing and good wine, but short and a bit simple.

Light straw yellow colour. Goose berry leaves and black currants on the nose. Taste of goose berry leaves and black currant. Long aftertaste. A great wine for sushi and shellfish, lasts long and fresh taste.

Pink grapefruit, apple, melon and a hint of floral on the nose. Generous fruit and generous sweetness in the body, with a passing semblance of a Loire Chenin blanc. White grapefruit on a smooth finish, no tart bite at the end, but nicely balanced acidity. Very clean and fresh, start to finish. Would be a very food friendly wine, it went very well with salmon prepared with simple dill and garlic.

Green aromas of nettle and gooseberry. Quite aromatic, but in a lean and pungent style. High acidity. Food friendly.
