Saturday, March 23, 2024 - Slow ox 30 minutes in glass. Initially a touch bitter, although as the wine warmed up that disappeared. Still fairly structured with notes of black olives and grilled meat. Not effusively fruit forward, but the spicy fruit emerges in an elegant way as the wine warms up. A delicious Dehlinger that still seems to be plateau'd. If I had more I'd consider decanting one hour for best drinking
