No baby fat, no excess sweetness, so round, seductive yet highly elegant. TN: Intense sour cherries, herbs, lots of minerality, some slight spices, some minty notes. Still feels young aroma wise but as mentioned, the structural frame is that of a well aged Napa. Round, harmonious, melted tannins, but lots acidity, lending the perfect freshness counterpoint. From start to finish a very promising wine.

Decanting: 3-4 hours decanted. Prefect for this wine.
