Tuesday, December 24, 2019 - Fragrant nose of petrol, candied lemon, and citrus, along with touches of honey, apple, and peach. It has clean, bracing acids with good fruit concentration and a slightly fleshy mouthfeel. It's off-dry on the palate with apple, citrus, waxy and petrol flavours. Some tartness on the mid-palate while the long finish brings some limestone mineral notes.
