Thursday, February 2, 2017 - Floral nose with almost a sweet terrior
An array of dark fruits also a present but fleeting
Nice tannic structure carries the fruit across the palate
Lingeres longer than most Francs, easy but full bodied with slight white pepper, dark fruit, and possibly plum or raisin finish. Great and bold starter wine to hit cabs with the next course. Possibly drink with cheddar, feta, and port salute cheeses.
