Monday, February 8, 2021 - medium Ruby to purple with a nice aroma of flowers, blackberry, plum, oak, black pepper. Medium body with soft tannins with an earthy, forest floor and medium length. Could very well be a pleasing, easy-drinking spring red wine (maybe cool to 55-60F) for serving. I wouldn't hold it in my cellar any longer as seems like at prime if not past prime.
