Much lower acidity than I expected from a younger wine. Flavors of apples, honey, minerals, and wet leaves all mixed together. It's quite well made and well balanced, with only a tough of harshness and taste of alcohol on the mid-palate. A nice example of Alsatian Riesling, but not knocking my socks off.
