Saturday, October 23, 2021 - 4th Saturday Group: Uptown Brown Bag (MM’s): Double blind. A little high toned to start. Notes of currants, red plum and just a touch of something along the lines of rhubarb. Becomes more dark-fruited in the bouquet as this sits, also adding herb and mint notes. Black fruit dominates the palate, with soft tannins and a lingering finish. Guessed 10-12 year old Napa cab. (MM)
