Tuesday, March 17, 2015 - The nose is all honey covered biscuits; big and room filling. A note of floral and maybe some ginger spice. The palate is that coupled with a nice lemon zest and a bit of stone. A big creamy champy but well balanced and super good. Need to buy more.
