Thursday, April 11, 2024 - The wine's initial nose was tar and orange peel but with air-added perfumed red fruit. It took three hours to open up and bring the fruit out. The mouth is red fruit, plum , and tertiary notes and good minerality. Length was medium, tannins and acidity are medium/medium + The wine paired well with pasta and fresh crushed tomatoes.
