Friday, January 13, 2012 - Bill's Monthly Lunch - January 2012 (Vancouver, BC): Tasted blind -light to medium gold colour. Slightly oxidized aromas come from the glass with notes of tropical fruit, cheesy funk and hints of honey and toast. In the mouth this is soft with sweeter flavours and a slightly sour finish. Very good.
