Wednesday, December 14, 2016 - Not as opulent as other vintages of Dolinsek. A more savory style. Good, not great. There is a tart olive and black tea note that you wouldn't expect in a Zin that seems to throw things off a bit. Goes more tart/mineral with air. Weakest of the vintages I've had going back to the '10. Time may help. Hold.
