Monday, July 30, 2018 - 1 hour decant. This has smoothed out quite a bit since our last bottle. Blackberry, briar, white pepper, cherry, and the slightest bit of stemminess. Really nice zin finish with rich and perhaps a bit jammy fruit, but no heat.
