Monday, February 13, 2017 - This is a delicious wine. After an hour open, it displayed absolutely everything you want from a Brunello. Colour is brick red with a nose of very ripe dark cherries and red currents with just a touch of roses and earth. The taste is structured by firm tannins that actually loosened as the night progressed. Its not a particularly full bed red; more classic in its structure, it delivers layers of flavour.
