Tuesday, December 31, 2013 - Medium depth of transparent ruby color.
Nose is rather mute, shows hints of kirsch liqueur, garrigue, leather and sweet spice. Quite full bodied, with opulent mouthfeel, more flavorful than on the nose, mellow tannins and high-ish alcohol. Might have been better younger and might become more interesting in the future. Quite tame comared to my memory of the bretty beast of '98.
