Friday, May 2, 2008 - Drank at Five Sails – Opened, poured into decanter, and served right away. Drank over 2 hours. Great nose of roasted meat, funk and underlying light fruit. As it opened up the nose got even more funky. Very nice. Flavours of raspberries, bitter chocolate and dark cherries. Firm tannins. 20 second finish. Enjoyable now but will reward 5+ years of cellaring. 91+
