Thursday, November 27, 2014 - Notes from day 2.
Dark red to purple in color.
Nose of black plum, hints of cassis, green pepper skin, cedar.
Palate of black cherry, coffee, green herbs, baker's chocolate, tannin.
The finish was above average in length with really nice acidity.
Overall the wine was really great, especially the nose on the second day and with structure.
Hold: 50+5+13+17+8
