Monday, February 22, 2021 - Drinking really well right now. Dense red with a pale rim. Cassis, cherry, raspberry, lilac, potting soil, herbs de provence, pyrizines, cigar box, mocha, and vanilla. Med+ tannin, med+ acidity, med+ alcohol. Very well balance, med+ complexity, longish finish. Elegant, well balance wine a relatively subtle hand for a new world wine.
