Saturday, February 28, 2015 - A decided shift in style for Sanguis. Tasted blind I would have easily guessed nothern rhone. This is a lot less fruit dependent and has more of an olive and rock tone to it. A touch of stems here which I like. Think this will show better with more time in the bottle.
