Saturday, January 20, 2018 - Also from the DP tasting w/ Nick Lane.

Nick told us that this is the expression of Pinot noir @ DP . And more rose produced than the white .

For me the best rose I’ve had for a long time.
Perfect in balance. Airy but with a lot of pressure on the palate. Some tannins from the mid-palate to the end and some grip through a dancing bitterness.
Enormous length and high minerality.
The fruits are like green plums and unripe strawberries.

You should try even if you’re not the biggest Rose-Fan
