Wednesday, April 29, 2020 - The 2005 Dom Perignon Rose is nowhere near as elegant as the 2004 Dom Perignon Rose. The 2005 offers much more extraction and ripe phenolics. A concentrated array of mixed berries, ripe lemons and toasted note. Slightly bitter on the finish. Personally I prefer the elegant 2004 Rose. (90/100)
