Agree with Jammy below but without the bitterness (none detected as that is a big turnoff for me) and a heavy dose of red berries (strawberries, raspberries), maybe even a hint of apricot with a wonderful lite mineral spine (very lite just enough to feel it but in no way heavy (maybe too little for some but it was perfect for my palate). The 15 years have allowed it to become a bit more well rounded but still fresh (not like the current 2008 zingers but still there). Love this champagne although not sure how long this will last it is killer right now to the point the two husbands tried to distract our wives to finish the last sips from their glass :)

Drank over 45 minutes in a grassl liberte (white wine) glass.

for context, My presence for champagne, if this helps any is Krug, P2, this or much more agend champagnes vs super acidic newer releases (said differently the 2008 Dom, Cristals are a bit too linear today but should soften and broaden with time and then will be more towards my palate.

Hope that helps with context.
