Thursday, December 24, 2020 - Aperol spritz color. Miniscule, yet relentless bubbles. Nose features Orange Creamsicle, sweet berry jam. Palate is strawberry, crushed rock, orange peel, hint of unripe blackberry. Creamy, but light mouthfeel. Finish with a slightly bitter, but not unpleasant grip.
