Sunday, May 17, 2015 - Opened, poured into a decanter, swirled and then poured back into the bottle. Served about 1 hour later. Served with food (barbecued spare ribs, cheesy polenta and roasted cauliflower).
Good nose of spice, black fruits, and a hint of roast meat.
Rich and inviting flavors of black cherries, some chocolate notes and an herbal mint/basil/sage element.
