Monday, September 7, 2015 - Light gold color. PNP, drank 2+ glasses over the course of the afternoon and evening. Really refreshing with a fairly typical profile, citrus driven, grapefruit, hints of lychee, minerals. The palate is similar, citrus, grapefruit, lychee, good tart fruit, nice acid, quite fresh with lots of wet stone minerality, medium finish.
