Friday, November 17, 2023 - Middag med A+N och P+H i Sundbyberg (A+N, Sundbyberg): (Disgorged in September 2014, 100% Chardonnay from old vines in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, dosage 5 gr/l)
Yellow colour with baked bread, red apples fruitiness and opens up with cream in a nice and pleasant way. Smoothing lime citrus acidity on the palate with a gentle creaminess and showing a lovely butter cream mid moving into a lengthy finish with a smoothing herbal touch. Very lovely right now!
