Saturday, January 24, 2015 - Still very tight and compact, this is a loaded 12 Oregon Pinot to watch, primarily for its rustic framework and edgy character blended into a new-world gush of wild flowers and red fruit. At this stage, the wine is so tight that it literally jams all of its concentrated and textured beauty through a tiny hole in the nose, which is absolutely awesome at this point. My hunch is that this will open up throughout in the coming years...drink 2016-2030.
