Sunday, April 23, 2023 - Red, high intensity. Developed, medium(-) nose. Restrained charcuterie, dried herbs, some complexity. On the palate dry, medium(+) acidity, high level of well grained tannins, full bodied, 13%. Flavours with blue fruit, dried herbs, some charcuterie. Juicy. Very, very good length with sandy afterfeel. Superb. And even a step up day two.
