Saturday, October 3, 2015 - Nose: There is a savory quality to the nose with black cherries, black fruits, leather, black pepper, and some olive paste.
Taste: Medium/full bodied with medium+ acidity and youthful tannins. The structure is certainly noticeable, but it isn't obtrusive with black cherries, olive paste, black pepper, and some leather notes.
Overall: This took about 5 hours of air to really get going. I would love to see where this goes with another 5-8 years as there is a lot to like right now.
