C: Dark, deep red
N: Leather, hint of bacon
P: Mulberry, dark red fruit and leather. Slightly tannic. Not a light wine, but not at all oppressive. Slightly acid. A bit disjointed; on the young side. Otherwise very good length and balance. Left out, under vacuvin. Next day it was a bit smoother. Note since 2004, the winemaker is fils Maxime. Previously whole clusters were used.
