Friday, November 17, 2023 - Not the best aged Stony I've had but still a fine wine. Drink now. Was best at room temp and after an hour open. Quite fragrant and a long finish but a bit disjointed in between. Nice honeycomb and hay flavors with some quince and brighter honey and citrus notes that are almost like cognac but not sweet nor oxidized. And its that flavor sits separately from the rest. Went very well with a lobster cream sauce in a seafood pasta. I'm thinking there is some bottle variation at this age and your mileage may vary
