Monday, December 15, 2014 - A great grower from the town of Ay, and a Rosé that does a nice job of mixing power and elegance. Extremely complex for a non-vintage bottle. Bright pink in color with sappy red berry and brioche flavors. There is a slight sweet note but finishes with plenty mineral cut.
