Tuesday, December 29, 2015 - Big cab dinner at Morton's - 07 Maybach, Ovid, Insignia and etc. (Morton's - Reston, VA): Rotten apple and cabbage, a noticeable spritz. I suspect secondary bottle fermentation. It reminds me badly made, unstable “natural” wine. Caveat emptor!

12/31/2015 5:44:00 AM - This happens quite a bit in "natural" wine. Quite rare in domestic wines. I remember a bottle of Kongsgaard with the same issue.
