Sunday, October 11, 2015 - Clear light gold. Almost like old school Kabinett, meandering somewhere between dry & off-dry. Lovely balance of fruit & acid, one to put in the textbook. Good tension creating complex textures. The fruit is accented with salinity & just a hint of honey on the finish.

This doesn't have the depth of a top end Riesling, but has delicacy & finesse with plenty of detail. Paired great with sautéed chicken thighs & spicy veggies. Very nice.
