Medium to full-bodied, it had a very smooth mouthfeel, with rich, dark berry and cassis fruit and some vanilla oak. Bit of minerality on the lingering finish. Lovely structure with firm but mellow tannins, great balance between the fruit and acidity, just an elegant delicious wine.
