Sunday, October 22, 2023 - USA 2013 tasting by Sander (By SS @ De Ertepeller in Papendrecht): Beautiful bouquet with dark berries and some herbs and spices. On the palate dark berries, chocolate, beautifully fresh acidity and round, still somewhat sticky tannin. Great length. Beautiful wine.

10/26/2023 2:27:00 PM - Hi Ray, The wine was not decanted before serving. The wine is in its very youthful drinking stage. In your case I would wait at least another 5+ years before opening the bottle. Read the tasting notes by that time and make a decision then. Cheers, Z.
