Tuesday, May 16, 2023 - PNP Saturday night with crazy hodgepodge dinner and drunk after a delicate and really beautiful red pinot. Enjoyed it well enough but stuck a cork in it and put it in the fridge. Revisited it 2 nights later with baked steelhead and wine was really singing and no complaints about 2011 and short finishes or no mid palate. Lovely deep dark fruit but in balance and no intrusive tannin or acid. Really nice wine.
