Thursday, December 25, 2014 - Drank at Xmas dinner with a nice, rare tenderloin. No decant, but opened a few hours earlier. Simply wonderful wine from the 2011 vintage. Deep, dark color with a nose full of black fruit and a long finish that had a kiss of sweet oak. A hit at the table that quickly disappeared.
